With no parts, repairers can’t raise invoices and car owners are locked into a credit hire arrangement for longer than they would like. Credit hire organisations (CHOs) are then potentially exposed to unrecoverable hire costs.

PartsFinder is a simple-to-use, standalone solution to check parts availability that:

As soon as the claims handler is aware of the available parts, they can liaise with the repairer, CHO and the third party’s insurer.

To remove the risk of complication with the repairer, you pay us for the parts that are needed.

If, for any reason, the CHO refuses the available parts, we provide a pre-litigation report as part of your credit hire defence.
