Following an accident, you want to engage with the third party as quickly as possible. They are then more likely to take up your offer of assistance. To increase the chance of this, we send a simple SMS to the third party on your behalf.
The SMS directs them to our chatbot, where it captures the third party’s essential information and schedules a convenient time for your or our call handler to phone them. It even notifies the call handler of when to call, creating operating efficiency for the third party capture team.
